What is Breath Work?

Breath Work is an intentional breathing practice designed to influence mental, emotional and physical states. It involves a variety of conscious control breathing techniques that promotes all kinds of positive feelings. focus and energy, changing the way you breathe to calm the mind, reduce stress, boost energy and support overall health.

The benefit of having a Breath Work session:

⭐️Promotes Wellbeing and decreases levels of stress and anxiety

⭐️Helps process and release stored emotions and improve sleep to bring emotional clarity

⭐️Improves and strengthen Respiratory function, enhance oxygen flow and boost the immune system

⭐️Enhance energy levels, manage chronic pain and balance the Nervous System

⭐️Helps to heal from trauma and manage PTSD

A Breath Work session can be adapted for 1 to 1 or group sessions. These sessions are a powerful tool for enhancing emotional, physical, and mental well-being. Incorporating regular Breath Work into your routine can lead to immediate and lasting benefits and a greater sense of balance in life..

What you might feel and experience within a Breath Work session?

⭐️Physical sensations, like tingling, vibrating, shaking, trembling, tetany (including sometimes in the jaw).

⭐️Deep emotional release, and experiences of needing to laugh, cry or scream.

⭐️Trauma release.

⭐️Experiencing life force energy flowing through your body.

Everyone’s experience within a Breath Work session is different - there is no right or wrong way to feel, and your experience will vary from session to session.

The two Breath Work techniques that will be used in the session is nasal breathing and conscious connective breathing.

Breath Work can be a transformative practice, however there are potential risks and contraindications.
